Southwest Fertilizer was started in 1955 as a feed and tack store for southwest
Houston. The store was founded striving for superior customer service and
selection. In the mid 1960's we moved into our current location at 5828 Bissonnet.
While we still sell birdseed and horse feed, most of our store is now devoted to our
organic and synthetic lawn care departments, as well as our full service mower
shop. The number one thing that has never changed in our history is our devotion
to customer service and making every visit to Southwest Fertilizer a rewarding one.
